Is Reserve a bank?
No. Reserve is a coach and a planner. Your money stays in your own bank, in your own name. We help you decide how much to set aside, where to put it, and how to keep building - without telling your other accounts about it.
What does it cost?
The core app is free. A small monthly subscription unlocks the coaching features, the longer-horizon planning, and the encrypted cloud backup. Pricing will be modest. Final numbers go out with the early access invite.
Will anyone see my data?
No. Everything in Reserve is encrypted on your device. Your backup is encrypted before it leaves the phone. We cannot read your balance, your goals, or your notes. Neither can a court order, a partner, or a stranger with your phone.
We log no analytics from inside the app. We do not sell anything to anyone.
What if someone finds the app?
The app icon is generic. The name on your home screen is whatever you want it to be. Opening requires Face ID. A double-tap puts the screen into a neutral notepad mode that looks like nothing.
If your phone is taken, your data is not readable without your face.
When does early access open?
We are opening in small waves through the year. The first wave is iOS only. Android will follow. Joining the waitlist puts you in the queue and lets us know how many people to plan for.
Why "Reserve"?
Because a reserve is what you draw on when the main thing runs out. It is private by nature. It is not a panic fund. It is the quiet thing that lets you stay calm.
